Prices are for CHAS Standard, which is what a tender asking for "CHAS" almost always means. Advanced and Elite cover a great deal more ground and are priced on the plans page. CHAS bill you for their own annual membership directly, on top of our fee, whichever plan you pick.

See before you buy: a complete sample pack for a fictional contractor — every document exactly as you'd receive it.

Already hold SMAS, Constructionline, Acclaim or another SSIP scheme? Say so before you buy. The Deemed to Satisfy route recognises an assessment you have already passed, and it makes this a much smaller job.

FAQ

Common questions.

What's the difference between the £149 pack and done-for-you?
Who does the form-filling and who talks to the assessor. On the Submission Pack you get the documents and submit them yourself, and you keep the fee difference. From £295 we submit the application, deal with the assessor's questions however many rounds it takes, and stay with it until it's decided. Same documents underneath.
How long does CHAS accreditation take?
Once we submit your application (typically 48 hours after you sign up), CHAS assessment takes 10–15 business days. We handle all assessor queries during this time.
What if I don't have all my training records?
Not a problem. We'll work with what you have and show you how to fill any gaps. Most companies don't have perfect records when they start.
Can I use CHAS for other accreditations?
Yes. CHAS is SSIP-recognised, which means many other schemes (Constructionline, Acclaim, Avetta) will accept it. You're not just getting CHAS — you're getting SSIP compliance.
What if the assessor asks questions I can't answer?
We handle all assessor liaison. If they have questions about your H&S policies, risk assessments, or documentation, we respond on your behalf (with your approval). You don't need to be a H&S expert.
What happens if my application is rejected?
This is extremely rare when we manage the application. If there are any issues, we fix them and resubmit at no extra cost. You only pay once.
Do I need to renew CHAS every year?
Yes, CHAS requires annual renewal. We include 12 months of support, and renewal is typically much simpler than the initial application.

Never miss a tender again.
